From Quotation to Container: Planning a Radiator Order

A clear order process reduces late questions and protects the agreed product specification.
Quotation stage
Provide destination, product family, sizes, quantities, finish, connection, accessories, packaging and required delivery period. State any market-specific compliance or document requirements at the beginning.
Technical confirmation
Review drawings, output information, samples and labels. Keep one revision-controlled specification that identifies every approved option.
Pre-production check
Confirm commercial terms, artwork, carton marks, mix of models and the inspection plan. Changes after materials or packaging have been prepared may affect schedule and cost.
Production and inspection
Agree the communication milestones and the records needed before shipment. Inspection should be proportionate to the order and focus on measurable acceptance points.
Loading and documents
Reconcile packed quantities with the order, verify shipping marks and prepare the agreed commercial and transport documents. Keep loading photographs and final packing information with the order file.
