OEM Radiator Sourcing for Poland and Ukraine: A Quality Checklist

Illustration for OEM Radiator Sourcing for Poland and Ukraine: A Quality Checklist

OEM radiator sourcing requires more control than placing a logo on a standard carton. Polish distributors and Ukrainian project or trade buyers need a traceable link between approved samples, production specifications, labels, accessories and inspection records.

Freeze the technical definition

Record model construction, size, connection, brackets, plugs, vents, operating conditions, finish and output documentation. If a project has replacement constraints, include connection centres and wall projection on the controlled drawing.

Approve appearance and packaging

A physical finish sample helps control colour and gloss. Packaging approval should cover protection, carton strength, labels, barcodes, instructions and accessory location. Ukrainian projects may also require order phasing and clear site or building references.

Inspection points

  • Incoming material and dimensional checks
  • Weld and assembly consistency
  • Pressure-testing process
  • Coating coverage and visible finish
  • Final quantity, label and carton inspection

Supplier communication

GREYSEN supports OEM radiator discussions with revision-controlled product information, sample coordination and production communication. Buyers should nominate one approved specification and one artwork set to avoid conflicting instructions. View our radiator manufacturing process before preparing the enquiry.
