Colour can distinguish a radiator collection, but every additional finish affects sampling, approval, scheduling and inventory.

Build a controlled palette

Start with a dependable neutral core and add a limited number of feature colours linked to the target market. Record each finish with a physical approved sample rather than relying only on screens or printed swatches.

Define the finish precisely

• Colour reference and acceptable tolerance
• Gloss level and surface texture
• Areas that must receive full coating coverage
• Matching expectations for brackets, plugs and accessories
• Packaging protection for visible faces and corners

Approve before volume production

Use a signed sample or controlled reference panel. Check the finish in different lighting and on the actual radiator geometry, because tubes, welds and edges reflect light differently from a flat sample.

Plan stock sensibly

A focused palette makes forecasting easier and reduces slow-moving combinations. Project colours can then be handled against an agreed quantity and production plan.
